This coffee comes from the plantations of Martine and Euller in the Minas Gerais region, renowned for its specialty coffees as well as for the coffees that form the base of most blends in the world. Benefiting from a microclimate thanks to its exceptional location in the Cerrado Mineiro, specialty coffees are a true must in this region. The farm lies at an altitude of 1,050 metres, between the cities of Belo Horizonte and Uberlândia.
Euller comes from a family of coffee growers going back three generations; after living in Belgium for a few years, he decided in 2014 to return to his roots with Martine and their children. Since then, they have invested every year in facilities to improve the handling and quality of their coffees with each new harvest.
