The coffees we sell
Cafés J.J. Looze is a family business that has handed down its know-how from generation to generation since 1950, first in the Congo, growing coffee, and then in Belgium. It is currently managed by Sylvie Looze.
The coffees are roasted the artisanal way in Belgium every week, using beans that come exclusively from Great Origins. They are ground and packed the day before delivery, so the coffee is always fresh.
Cafés J.J. Looze mainly works with a selection of grand cru Arabicas, hand-picked and wet-processed, which gives them a refined taste and a unique aroma. Its slow, traditional roasting gives perfect control over the roast: the smell, colour and crackling of the beans signal that perfect moment.
