Vietnam Arabica Coffee

Bourbon Typica, Catura Amarello and Mundo Novo arabica. Sweet aroma with notes of caramel, cocoa, grape and chocolate; light, very balanced, tea-like body; low acidity. SCA score 82.5. Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer after Brazil. While Vietnamese robusta production dominates, arabica is rarer and accounts for about 6% of the harvest. The government is aware of its importance and value and promotes the growth of its production with the help of the French Development Agency.
